Additional shipping charges may apply when the exchange is requested because of an incorrect size, colour, or product selected by the customer.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Valmora Apparel may cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by Valmora Apparel.

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been completed. Valmora Apparel is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged before reaching us.
